The reason for our domain being flagged as a known phishing site is related to a spammer who hacked our system a few months ago and installed some fake pages that were linked to in his spam emails. Those pages redirected anyone who accessed them to a phishing site. We believe the problem has been completely removed.
As for tagging, one person has tagged the site for "pornography." Three other people have confirmed that tag. My initial thought was that an appropriate tag would be "adult themed," rather than "pornography." But the reality is that users who are SOS subscribers do have access to porn in the photo galleries. So the tag is appropriate. If a business or a school or a parent wants to prohibit access to all sites that contain porn, then Measurection should be on their black list.
