To say Singaporean or Malaysian denotes citizenship, but states very little about genetic/racial origins, because these 2 countries are absolute melting pots. I noticed today that the current issue of Asian Journal of Andrology has an article called "Studies on self-esteem of penile size in young Korean military men."

 

The size portion of the study produced the following results:

 

flaccid length 6.9cm plus/minu 0.8

flaccid circumference 8.5 plus/minus 1.1

stretched length 9.6 plus/minus 0.8

fat pad depth 1.1 plus/minus 0.4

 

123 men between the ages of 19 and 27.

 

They also asked the men to rate the size of their penes.

 

Of the 30 who said "very small" or "small" 24 were of average size, 5 below average, and 1 above.

 

Of the 86 who said "normal" 83 were of average size, 3 were under.

 

Of the 7 who said "large" or "very large" 3 were of average size and 4 over.

To translate for metric impared, I got out my ruler. Approximately:

Flacid 2 1/2 - 3 1/4"

Girth Soft 3-4"

Stretched - 3 1/4" to 4 1/4" (The UCSF study concluded stretched length = 90% of erect length)

Or erect - Between 4 and 4 3/4"

Add on the fat pad the AVERAGE erect size would be about 4 3/4" which is very close to a Hong Kong study I saw of 4.9"
