What I said previously is correct, but, now I see, incomplete. For those of us remarkably small it is not pleasant or good for peers to be aware of your penis size.

 

However, it is important to remember that it is only ONE FACTOR of how people view you. Even with people for whom it is an issue it is only one issue of many. With most people, if it is an issue at all, it is just a minor one or, even, just subliminal.

I've had friends see me while changing and showering at the gym and back in school when we were required to shower after phys ed. Interestingly, the school only enforced that policy the first couple of weeks and then guys stopped showering which was fine with me as I felt uncomfortable with it.
