jelqing, for real or not... seriously

ok,

i'm pretty much over my own size now and am ok with it. but if there is anyone who has done this, has achieved results, and they were actually measurable and true, please tell me or pm me. the internet does not provide enough evidence, neither do the so called, penis enlargement support groups. its a little annoying.

i'm surprised i'm the only one who wants to actually get to the bottom of this. any reciprocation is appreciated.

YMMV.

Every body is different. People have varying degrees of flexibility and muscle types.

I've always been under he impression that those who do get gains have to be religious about jelqing, I personally don't have the time, nor would want to waste my time, on something that could be potentially harmful.

I hear there are gains to be made if you are dedicated and consistent, but often those gains start to disappear when you stop jelqing.

I have done Jelquing over the past few years. It has worked for me, to clarify.

Jelquing provides temporary results, the stretching and squeezing motion really helps in filling both the shaft of your penis and the head with extra blood.

The results for me were a fuller and harder erections. Because my erections were fuller, it made my penis look bigger.

Another great combination with jelquing is to begin jogging and running. It helps strengthen up the other muscles in your legs and buttocks. Also it increases blood flow which is key to getting a fuller, harder and longer erection.

Additionally, with stronger muscles in your legs and inner thighs you can last longer while having sex. Also when you do jogging, it slims your body and fat pad a little...which results in helping to make your penis look bigger. :content:

Personally, mines just sort of sticks out a little longer than normal and it looks cute :)

Jelqing and Stretching worked for me. They are relatively safe exercises, usually even increasing EQ, they are free, they don't require any strange or expensive devices and they don't require much time at all. The only thing required is a desire to do them.

Thundersplace is run entirely on donations, no one tries to sell you anything, there are no ads, and all of the information is completely free and readily available, not to mention an entire community of helpful folks.

PE isn't for everyone, there's no ridiculous claims of inches per month, and it likely won't solve all your problems, but it is a great place to start if you're interested in learning more.

im surprised im the only one who wants to actually get to the bottom of this.

There's tons of us who have already gotten to the bottom of it, but we didn't wait for someone to show us proof, we proved it to ourselves.

That being said, there are tons of pictures, testimonials, etc.. but there's no convincing anyone of what they don't want to believe. People assume it's faked, or doctored, or photo tricks, or a different person. The only way you're going to get to the bottom of it is to give it an honest try yourself. :)

You'll notice there's no scientific studies being done on jelqing and stretching...there's no money to be made! There's no incentive for anyone to get to the bottom of it except for the people that want to gain :content:

Thunder's place is just..formidable. Every time I make up my mind to give it a look I'm completely overwhelmed by the site's layout and the sheer volume of information, and just close the tab. I think I will give it a serious try when I develop enough discipline in my regular exercise routines, but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I understand it increases length moreso than girth (which is what counts, for me).

Funny enough, I had a mate tell me about jelquing waaay back when I was 17, swore at the time he was full of shit.

I personally think jelqing is bullshit. You condition the blood vessels in your dick to become more engorged than usual during erections. Big deal. You can achieve the same results by having lots of sex.

I'm biased because jelqing not only didn't work for me, it permanently (but very mildly) damaged my penis. I have permanent scarring that creates a subtle curve in my penis, and I lost maybe a tenth of an inch in girth mid-shaft.

If you're a bum who never exercises or has sex, go exercise and have sex--after awhile your dick will appear a little bigger when you have a boner.

If you already get exercise and/or have sex, don't waste your time. You cannot add significant volume to your penis via jelqing or stretching.

If it actually worked, it would be an accepted treatment for body dysmorphia and likely discussed in professional urological literature.

If anyone can show me any study done in the field of urology that shows jelqing to be a reliable, legitimate method for penile enlargement, I'll shut my mouth and let science speak for itself.

Until then, I firmly believe it's a load of shit. My advice? Don't waste your time.

Oh man! Thanks for telling me! I better trade back in my gains then!

Science actually already has spoke for itself. There's tons of Extender and ADS studies that have been done "proving" gains. They were only done because someone stands to make money off the devices. There's absolutely no incentive for anyone to do any scientific study at all about completely free, public knowledge exercises.

Google's your friend, there are tons of studies already about Extenders and ADS.

Also, fyi, Urologists really don't give a shit about the length of the penis within a large range, I think they're kind of busy focusing on the functioning and health of it...

I guess I still don't understand the hostility... No one's selling snake oil here, jelqing and stretching are completely free, the exercises are public knowledge basically, thunders, pegym, etc..

The best advice I ever got from a mod/vet at thundersplace when I first started was "Keep an open mind and a CLOSED wallet".

A week...for an inch of flaccid?

Barring a bizarre injury, I'd say that's next to impossible. But I'll never say anyone is lying, I can't prove otherwise. It's extremely unlikely though, and not in any way a realistic goal for the rest of us, from PE alone, after natural growth is complete.

Thank you for being unbiased and realistic

Oh absolutely, I (and no one else that isn't trying to make money) will never guarantee anyone gains or promise anything, certainly nothing like those types of gains. I'm at about 3.5 years of insanely dedicated work, and I'm JUST touching an inch of flaccid gains.

After pure increases in Erection Quality alone, this is millimeters for years of pressure, it's not a magic bullet, there's no quick, easy solutions in the world of PE.

Anyone that promises otherwise is trying to make some money off us.

Also, to add emphasis on the "insane". I have stories here, but I basically lost the girlfriend that was my motivation to do this, I've become obsessed with it, and it's taking over my life and granting me nothing but diminishing returns...but I cannot stop.

This isn't "the easy answer", this is a valid option that may be worth considering, but it's up to the individual. The goal is to provide all of the accurate information, good and bad, and let others make decisions for themselves. Just trying to help.

I started jelqing and stretching about 2001 and gained an inch in erect length and a half inch in girth in a year or two. Since then I've been sporadic and have gained a tad more. Its frustrating that my gains have stalled but on the plus side I've never lost anything even when I've taken yeArs

off.

Thunders is a great site. I'm there too under the same name.

I've done PE for almost a year. It works. Gained about 3/4 inches erect and a nicer soft hang. Besides Thunders Place I like the PE Gym for quality information. Better Man is all right, too. Avoid Matters of Size (that's my opinion) as it regards five to six inches as not enough to satisfy a woman. M of S treats normal as SPH.

BTW, a bigger dick will not be a cure-all for self esteem issues but it can help...

I've tried it before... you have to be careful. i put too much pressure on mine cause I did it fully erect and it was swollen the whole day. I had to ice/put warmth to it to reduce swelling. I haven't done too much jelqing afterward. My cock never stayed after many sessions of jelqing it didn't make it longer. It did increase my girth. If you looking to get girth try it out but be careful lol

The medical profession has no interest in proving that PE exercises increases penis size and EQ quality because there is no money involved in free PE exercises. The money is in surgery and medications..

Though it does not underwrite PE exercises, Wickopedia now includes information on PE.

I have personally been involved in PE for over four years and have gained .85 inch in both length and girth. However, I have used both a pump and an extender

I have no idea about flaccid gains as I rarely see my husband completely flaccid anyway, but he did make gains in both length and girth as far as erections go. I don't like talking about it, as I was terrified the entire time he was going to hurt himself. He never did. I just feel unqualified to discuss it in detail, and would refer the curious to the same place he got his information: Thunder's.

A bigger dick did not solve all his problems, nor make him totally happy with his penis. He was happy to go from small to average. But other problems, psychological ones, continue to plague our non-existent sex life. Fix yourself. The problem is you, not your dick.

By the way, my little experiment with Viagra (8 year old bottle) did increase my flaccid size for several days. . . now it it back to its normal shrunken state. Basically, for a time it was more like many other guys seem to be all the time, almost as long and thick flaccid as erect.

There must be major differences between individuals not only in the flexibility and stretchability of connective tissues, but in vascular characteristics as well.

...and this is the main reason why I'm so averse to jelqing. Thanks for bringing it up.

It bothers me that so many men place so much focus and energy on such an inane task, and abide with such faith by the words of faceless, unqualified individuals who preach their authority within a cloak of internet anonymity.

It's silly. There is strength in autonomy.

Hey Roemer!

Agreed!

Fix yourself. The problem is you, not your dick.

Hey Bronxy!

Agreed again! :waytogo:

I'm surprised I'm the only one who wants to actually get to the bottom of this.

Hey RaiZeD!

And I'm quite surprised you said that, as we've beat this issue to death at least a hundred times already, if not more.

I think it's funnier that you choose to believe one poster with absolutely zero PE experience, over 5-6 others with direct experience, including long standing members.

That you desperately want someone just to tell you "no it doesn't work, don't worry", and you're satisfied when you got "one".

That you come here asking the question instead of maybe browsing the thousands of progress logs, before and after pics, posts and tesimonials and stories on Thunders, a site that's been around forever and is run entirely on the donations and support of its community. That does nothing but offer free readily available information without advertisements or selling anything to anyone.

That people are seriously waiting for someone, somewhere, to fund some conclusive scientific study that these free exercises, that are all over the internet and have existed for thousands of years, can work, instead of just taking a half hour a few days a week for a few months and trying it themselves.

I find these things funny. :)
