3.5 to 6 Inches - Full-Length XL Himplant by Penuma Surgery - Mega Penis Enlargement

I'd like to add 2 inches to my almost 6 inches girth. It's sad that it's expensive and dangerous.

...  Yeah...  Seems like most anything that has to do with enlarging a dick has a chance for very serious side effects.  ... Maybe that's nature's way of saying this is what we're supposed to have.  😉

Well the doctor can say looks natural, I beg to differ....when he is moving it around, no flex at all..

... After seeing the procedure, and what it was like. I'd be scared to death to ever try using it for any sex, for fear I'd ruin myself totally. 😳

Sounds like an interesting procedure. I’m surely there’s been guys that had a positive outcome to the procedure, who knows. On the other hand, how many has had a negative outcome…

I wonder if there’s been cases of under reporting due to the sensitivity of the subject of penis enlargement

....

Internet search says this.....

Penile enlargement surgery is generally not considered worth it by major medical organizations due to low satisfaction rates, high costs (often $10,000 to over $20,000), and severe risks.
Medical experts and urological associations state that these procedures do not reliably increase erect size, and professional consensus strongly advises against them for cosmetic purposes.

Medical Risks and Complications
  • Erectile dysfunction: Damage to nerves or blood vessels can impair sexual function.
  • Deformities and scarring: Procedures can cause a lopsided appearance, severe curvature, shortening, or irregular lumps from reabsorbed fat injections.
  • Loss of sensation: Permanent reduction or total loss of penile feeling is possible.
  • Infection and pain: Wound-healing issues and chronic pain during erections frequently occur.
Limitations of Procedures
  • Suspensory ligament division (lengthening): This cuts the ligament at the base to make the flaccid penis hang lower or appear slightly longer when soft, but it does not change actual erect length and can cause instability or retraction.
  • Fat injection or dermal fillers (girth): Results are often uneven, and the body frequently reabsorbs the injected fat over time, requiring repeat procedures.

That was absolutely crazy, I would never let some doctor do that to my penis. And what's worse, there was nothing wrong with his penis to start with. I found it odd that they never once mentioned his erect size.

The more I watch of that doctor's videos, the more angry I get. With the exception of actual medical conditions like erectile dysfunction, very few of those men need this extreme procedure. Most of them were completely normal is size, and many of them were above average. And what they were generally upset about was flaccid length not erect length. Who cares what your flaccid size is, the only thing you're using it for in that condition is to pee with. One of the patients pretty much admitted to the fact that this procedure seems mostly geared toward men who are growers not showers who want to look bigger flaccid ..... and have a lot of disposable income.

Reconstructive (plastic) surgery, started as an admirable quest to help those with disfigurements, now a very lucrative elective surgery appealing to vanity.

Yes, and I'm afraid the next step in the logic, is that these people are actually downright big, both flaccid and erect, and just want to be bigger still, re people with yachts want bigger yachts, people with planes want the biggest plain etc:Dicks too big, bank balance too big, ego too big (but self esteem maybe not big enough, so it's over compensating for big guys, not little.

So you're back  to the big dick bragart think again: a stereotype,  certainly, but one that can have a grain of truth to it, sadly.

I saw nonsense like this all the time when on Reddit and elsewhere on line : 7, or even 8 or 9x6" was nothing, as that was only entry size for the true size queens 11x8 was the ideal etc. All complete horseshit, but it's easy to buy into it, join the major leagues, I'm nearly there.

Biggest car, cigar, dick etc. You're just damning youself in a double sense, because your liable to do irreparable damage trying to increase the size to that extent, and even if successful, a penis a foot long would be essentially useless, even gor a career in "normal" porn, (which many want I guess, at least with its owner in any active role. (bottoming while fucking a horse anyone!?)

Luckily I broke away from it, as it wasn't me.

I wonder how many men who might genuinely benefit from some increase actually visit these surgeons where there's this toxic atmosphere?.

My guess is that most of the men who could truly benefit from this procedure don't have that kind of disposable income, and even then I would say don't do it, the risk of complications is simply too high.

So you think a bigger penis can correlate to a higher income?

Nope ... the vast majority of the men seeking this procedure don't have a bigger penis. What they have is a completely normal sized penis. As to men who actually could benefit from this procedure, their incomes are probably all over the map as well. The problem is that in this country (the US), even wealthy men (with mortgages and families) might not have an extra 20,000+ laying around to spend on this, and if there's not a medical reason for it, insurance isn't going to cover the costs, and even if there is a valid medical reason your insurance company might still deny you.

To be clear, I don't believe there is any correlation between penis size and income. Remember that these (high income) men who have this procedure done don't have large penises, they have normal sized penises (in the varied size range they come in). This procedure seems mostly about vanity not function.

P. S. Just to add my own perspective. I've had high paying jobs and low paying jobs, My penis size had no effect on my income. My Ex was making 3X what I was making, and she didn't even have a penis . . . .

The two things that have proven many times to correlate to a higher income for men are, being tall and good looking. It leaves an amazing first impression.

Study after study has shown that being a stud leads to a much higher chance of being hired, advancing, and being paid more.

Maybe we should be asking, where are all of the “social justice warriors,” carrying the torch for the shorter and less good looking men? They’ve been on the warpath for more than 50 years for the equality of women, so when does it start for the other half of the population?

Wait, I forgot, the more than 150 million men (49%) in this country were trampled over in a mad dash to find equality for the LGBT population (3%), and more recently the ever more preferred trans population (much less than 1%). “Equality, thy name is selective.”

OK bleeding hearts and the ever overstimulated social justice crowd, let the fiery arrows fly. I’m somehow neither shivering nor fearful.

Grab your earplugs and queue the tantrums.

The 4-9% of the population standing up for themselves in no way trampled the 150 million

They?  Women fighting for justice/equality,  100+ years
They? 1st nation fighting for justice/equality
They? LGBT fighting for justice/equality
They? Glass ceiling still exists, still no justice/equality
Heaven forbid minorities wanting the same rights and privileges.

Whatever equality/justice "they" achieved didn't take anything away from 150 million men.
Perhaps the 150 million need to DO something for themselves instead of blaming others.
The WASPs are angry LOL

On another topic, is it true that if you wait long enough and don’t feed them, rats move on to greener pastures?

That's 🐑 isn't it?.😉

True, but I felt in this situation rats was the more appropriate choice. Just something about the context of the conversation, but I’m not completely sure why. 😉

The context of the conversation was silicon implants, but  don't let that stop you from expressing your, as you say-off topic, dig.

Don't know about rats but a common internet expression is "Don't feed the trolls"

Again the same 3 hurling innuendos at each other.
This is the last warning.....stay on topic, keep irrelevant comments out of the thread.
Going forward I will delete anything that I feel is irrelevant to the topic.
Continued sniping at each other and the next step is every post you three make will be moderated and require approval.

I am tired of getting complaints from other members.

I just read this article earlier:

What's driving men to get penis fillers, despite the risks?

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c626d3xqd83o

That is a frighting read, what could possibly posses a man to risk damage to his penis for such a modest gain. It's unreal.
