My body grew during puberty but my cock didn't.  I started getting underarm hair around 12 and facial hair not too long after.  Between 14 & 15, I grew from 5' 2" to 6' 0".  I didn't gain any weight at all, I started at 120# and that is where I stayed.  I guess all the food I ate went to height and not to muscle.  I never remember my balls getting any bigger or cock getting thicker.  My voice started cracking around 13.

I rapidly gained A LOT of weight at around 14. I was a late developer too. I went from being a dead skinny child who could eat anything and not gain a pound to the opposite.

I never recalled witnessing any changes at all down there apart from pubic hair. But once I lost a few stone I was in the 5 inch range (bone pressed). So I must of grown but I never noticed at all over my teen years.

That being said, all the men on my moms side of the family are my height & build. So maybe I wasn't meant to be tall.

@Devil28  Perhaps you were simply well endowed as a child before puberty.  All of the reliable published medical studies of adult penis size have reported an average erect length between 5.1 and 5.5 inches BPEL.  So your size is average for an adult.

@RodEnuf Hey RodEnuf, Nope it was exactly the same looking as everyone else's before puberty years. I expect it occurred while being so overweight.

Length doesn't bother me so much but my girth is small. And my junk is pretty much child sized when flaccid.

If you could go back in time as you are now and stand next to your 14 year old self I'd garuntee you'd notice a big change!

I didn’t start going through puberty until a few months prior to my sixteenth birthday. I thought it was never going to happen. It started with me finally ejaculating some clear, thin fluid when I masturbated. It was very much like precum I think. Sounds very familiar.  I got left way behind when everyone else started puberty, too.  I just kept anxiously waiting.  Odd thing for me was that my flaccid penis seemed kind of long well before puberty, and part of that was the fact that I am a shower, not a grower.   And with my penis being very thin, the thinness probably made it seem even longer.  

 I started to get pubic hair a few months after I turned sixteen and noticed my penis growing longer, but still no real change in girth.  Started ejaculating at about sixteen and a half, and mine, too was clear, turning white and more plentiful about seventeen.  Did not start shaving until college and then maybe once a week.  No pit hair until college, either.  Full length of 6.5 by eighteen and girth topped out at less than 3.5 about age twenty-one.  Kept expecting added girth in my twenties, but it never happened.

Your case seems to be quite rare, glacially slow puberty with a big cock.  I can't recall right now, but I think you had normal or better overall body development too.

I remember in 9th grade, when I was feeling really bad about not having a puberty, there was a slightly built kid with high academic performance and no apparent puberty.  I remember thinking, "maybe he's like me."

I was disabused of that when I happened to see him in the gym showers.  He had no apparent puberty, but was hanging an incredibly big flaccid penis.  After that, I always noticed his huge bulge which had escaped me until then.

There seems to an infinite variety in these matters though most puberties are very similar.

My childhood stammer re-asserted itself when I failed to go into puberty and have a voice change.  I was really embarrassed how boyish my voice sounded when other guys suddenly developed a deep voice.

Same issue for me.  I was the first to get arm pit hair from my friends early on. And had decent size comparisons in the locker room.

After getting into girls around 15 I started measuring my erections as I noticed large penises in porn and reading up in biology books.  I was around 4 inches and measured for years through puberty and only grew another half inch.

I remember three things about developing during puberty. I was always the shortest kid in class in school, but between 6th and 7th grade I  shot up and my nose grew bigger. Some friends who hadn't seen me over the summer didn't recognize me. I didn't grow any hair until next summer, which is when my genitals grew as well. I stopped growing down below pretty much by the time I was 13 years old. :-( In height, it was the same thing. I think I reached my current height (5'8") when I was around 14 or 15 years old. From being one of the tallest in my class throughout 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 y.o. to being average to shortish. LOL
