Problem Launching Video Chat

I have just had a problem starting today. When I try to access the Video Chat room, the screen is grey and although the pop-up box comes up asking me if I agree to my camera being accessed, I cannot click on Access or Deny and the screen stays grey, meaning I cannot use the room  I have an I-mac.  Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

Our Video Chat uses Flash video.  It is not uncommon for problems with Flash to occur when an OS update or a Safari update has been installed on a Mac.  You might try a different browser if you're using Safari, just to see if the symptom changes.
