-1 Natural1 Posted January 6, 2020 Report Share Posted January 6, 2020 Started having same problem, cannot access Video Chat today. First log in of the day was around 11:00A EST. VC worked fine on 1/5/20 all day & evening. This is the error message that appears on Video Chat after a few minutes of it trying to open: Connection failed, media server might be down or firewall might be blocking the connection! What has me puzzled, if I look at On-Line users, it shows there are people in the Video Chat. Have checked AV firewall setting, etc, nothing blocked. Maybe time will heal all.
