Mixer1537
Has anyone ever considered getting an enhancement surgery to lengthen the flaccid and erect penis? Don't get me wrong i am coming to terms with my size but is this option worth the cost?

pokerpro831
Of course I've thought about it. I've watched some videos and i remember a movie but i can't recall the title. And then there is the cost. If i had $10k it probably isn't my first expense.
DallasDavey
I want to try the girth surgery of the fat pad injections as soon I save up the money. I don't want to mess with any of the lengthening ones yet. Maybe the ligament cut, but still unsure Edited March 31, 2020 by DallasDavey
Guest
All the surgical techniques for girth and length, I haven't seen anything that is worth the risk and cost. Implants and fillers under the thin skin of the penis is asking for trouble, cutting support ligaments risk retraction and loss of length. There are other complications that can occur with disastrous results.
Nillywilly
@pfm It’s much too risky. There are some less invasive procedures, Gainswave and P-shot. Both are costly, but don’t involve surgery (P-shot is an injection). I have heard of immediate and exciting results, and also inconsistent and unsatisfactory outcomes. Urologists can be involved with these, and there are videos on YouTube, but I wouldn’t spend my stimulus check on this kind of stimulation. Biggie Smalls
Before even considering these kinds of surgery I'd try penis enlargement exercises instead. Of course, you have to invest a lot of time to see results.
Guest
@Nillywilly P-shot and gainswave are expensive and require continued treatments to sustain the benefits of the treatment, though not very frequently as they do have long term effects. I personally prefer penis enlargement routines though it can be tedious and time consuming.

Thor57
I’ve been reading about the Penuma implant that adds girth and flaccid length with a silicone implant. Pricey, but was considering a consult before Covid pandemic did a number on my net worth. https://www.drelist.com/penile-procedures/penuma-implant/ and this article https://melmagazine.com/en-us/story/this-is-what-it-looks-like-when-a-guy-gets-a-dick-job Mixer1537 and LilGonzalote 1
smallgrower
I think anyone looking to do surgery should watch the movie/documentary called UnHung Hero. It might change you mind as to the what's and why's. Mixer1537
