Microsoft is no longer maintaining Internet Explorer. It has been made obsolete by Microsoft's new browser Microsoft Edge. If you experience a white background instead of the usual yellow rulers background and you don't see a "Reply to this topic" link at the bottom of a topic, try using a browser other than Internet Explorer.
