After removing my glans I realized it is the strong sensations from the glans that triggers the chemicals that cause the refractory period as I can now have multiple orgasms with no loss in sexual interest. Granted after the first 2 or 3 they are dry which makes them more enjoyable for me. I never had the time in one day to even close to to having any way near what you have though. I never got past 6.
