I’m cut and 1.5 inches flaccid, 2.0 inches if it’s really warm therefore my glans/head retracts inside my excess foreskin. I have a lot of foreskin despite being cut, I suppose the doctor did a poor circumcision LOL. Feel free to PM if you want to chat more. Usually less than an 1". Hard I am right at 5.4" so there is a huge difference between the two states. Yes, it would be nice to have more flaccid length. I also got VERY embarrassed one time when I got an involuntary erection in the shower with other men in there with me. If I was outdoors in the cold for a long time my glans would retract inside that shaft skin and the shaft skin would get very tight It would actually hurt to try to pull my glans out. However, after permanently removing my glans my shaft is free to retract completely inside my body and all that remains is a short (maybe 1/2 inch) soft skin tube (pulled in on itself) so it is like I don't have a penis at all. It's interesting when I get an erection and all of a sudden my penis reappears from nowhere. Sometimes my whole dick retracts inside me and that's kinda uncomfortable so I have to constantly adjust my self, pressing down on the pubic pad to pop it back out! A short, to ‘no’ penis showing at all when flaccid is the most comfortable during everyday life. It doesn’t embarrass me in the least. When I sit down, i usually need to pull my balls up from between my legs so they aren't being mashed; this is awkward when in a room with other people. Really wish I could find a way to prevent this.
