I have several techniques.  When I was an adolescent, I learned that pulling up my testes allowed my dick to retract inside, so that i could completely cover my dick and with a rocking motion bring myself to orgasm.  I could do this without hands and even clothed.  It allowed me to masturbate in public if I was slow and did not go all the way to orgasm until later.  I still do this often, naked, but put a papertowel or toilet paper to catch the semen there.  Other times, I use two fingers and a thumb.  I have never been able to use my hand and for many years did not understand when people were pretending to jack off with their hand, what exactly they were talking about (I thought it was an exaggeration until I realized I was really just very tiny).  My wife uses two fingers and her thumb, or her mouth.  Mouth is preferred, and it is easy for her as it isnt long enough to cause her to gag.  Also, I get her to hold onto my balls instead of the dick, to make it seem like there is more to hold onto.

I have always wondered what it would feel like to hold a dick with my hand like in the movies.  Unless someone with a normal sized dick lets me hold his, I will never know.

Ah the old rosy palm technique! I have tried it but it just was not working as well for me. In cut, so I wonder if it works better for an u cut dick.

Usually just two but sometimes three if I’m really hard. If I’m totally flaccid I start with my thumb and one finger. 
Often times I will push my testicles up into my stomach and rest the two unused finger on my empty scrotum to allow a bit more stroking “length” while I masturbate.
