I have two ways I masturbate. The first is with my penis  being maybe only 25% erect where my penis is still soft but is outside my body because its fully retraced when fully flaccid. I will masturbate at a pace where I remain soft and stop if I am starting to get rigid and start again when I am soft. The goal is having a soft and flaccid penis (maybe an inch long) when I have my orgasm.  The second is where I am fully erect when I orgasm.

So here's the progression in each.

In the flaccid orgasm I massage my short, loose exposed shaft skin until my penis starts to peek out Then with my thumb and forefinger squeeze the end of my penis and release repeatedly causing my shaft shin to slide over the end of my penis. That will help me to get more of my still soft penis exposed. When I have about an inch exposed I use my thumb and fore finger to stroke my penis in short (maybe ¼ inch) strokes to where it my shaft skin starts to roll off the end of my shaft. I will do that at a pace where I can reach orgasm without getting any more erect. Those are the most wonderful orgasms for me.
