RodEnuf
Try that with a real life photograph. The differences will be spectacularly greater from file type to file type. Alan G

RodEnuf
As a matter of curiosity, did you try converting that image to JPG to compare the file sizes?

new2day
There are lots of online image compressors like Tinypng which can optimise images greatly. There's also https://squoosh.app/ which has a before/after split screen to compare original to compressed version. Webp is highly efficient, some websites will convert images on the fly to take advantage.
