Our default theme is called "IPS Infraskew Theme New" and the alternative (rather plain) theme is called "IPB Default". You can switch between the two by scrolling to the very bottom of a page and clicking "THEME". That will open a drop-down list containing the two themes I mentioned and you can choose either one. Unfortunately, in the context of your question, neither is a dark theme. The "IPB Default" (which is NOT our default) is a plainer more muted theme, but it's not dark.
