Smallest Penis in Friend Group

When I was young my friends and I loved to compare size. Back then I barely had any shaft at all and was by far the smallest in my group. A few of the guys were bigger then than I am now! I got teased a lot and the more I got teased the harder  I got haha. Were you the smallest in your friend group? How did you feel about it and how did others react?

Someone has to be smallest and someone has to be largest.  

When I was a young teen and did circle jerks with friends was the only time I saw guys hard and I certainly did not care who was smallest nor tease nor think less of that person.  In fact I cannot recall of the 8-10 guys I saw hard who was smallest.  I do remember the guy that was largest though.

As an adult and seeing friends only flaccid I have no idea who may be smallest or largest when erect.

I would notice but it did not matter when younger.

Now I would not want to be naked in front of friends for worry of being smaller and uncomfortable. I could be naked if I do not know the others.

Never really gave it much thought when I was a teen, saw many of my friends in showers at school, I can vaguely remember a few older boys who were bigger but it's a long time ago now. At college/uni I saw a lot of friends and work colleagues in the showers, all flaccid and to be fair, there's not much difference. I only remember 2 guys I worked with who were hung, used to play tennis/badminton with both and would regularly shower next to them, never felt awkward about being naked around them.

Yes i was the smallest in my friends group...At 16 yo we compare, i know that i was small at that they probably are biggers...So i was 5 inch erct, and the 3 others : 6, 7 and 8 inch !

After that they call me SD for years...Until now in fact !

When I was young I developed pretty early so I was bigger than most of my friends. But by the time we hit 10 or 11 they started passing me by. At 12yo I stopped comparing as I was the smallest.

Never compared with all of my friends but from what ive seen im definitely the smallest. Admittedly i havent seen them hard but most of them are bigger soft than im hard. Also from the few conversations about size they all say theyre bigger than what i have

I'm so glad that from childhood on, any of my friends have never been ones to base anything about anyone due to size.  ...  Once in a great while, it might be mentioned Casually about someone being smaller (not in their presence), but was not in any derogatory manner. .... Everyone was always accepting.

Fortunately my friends dont really care much about it. I sometimes get jokes or comments from them but nothing extreme haha. No insults here either, but sometimes they do tease me and treat me like a little brother lol

I would never compare with my friends, no way do I want them seeing how small I am.  I know I'm smallest, statistically I'd have to be in a group of over 1000 for that not to be true

it’s pretty easy to compare in the showers with my teammates and i’m easily the smallest. haven’t compared hard but there’s a few guys who are bigger soft than me at my hardest.

As a kid we also compared and I got accustomed to being the smallest.  This became more of an issue for me when comparing with younger boys as they then lauded their larger size over me. I think being the smallest in the group did affect how people saw me.  I was very good at sports (swimming was by best sport) but I think my penis size had an effect on hoe I was seen.  That may be perceptual on my part, but all the comments sort of reinforced that notion and I still believe I was right.  When my penis size got so publicly outed in my sophomore year it really had an impact on me and how I was treated.  I think being the smallest in your group, or even in your school, has an impact on your self esteem and how you see yourself.

That term, "cute" is the most frequent adjective applied to my penis by those I encounter who see it. I used to react to that as "cute" is a little puppy, not a dog, and I felt the term emasculated me. Now I embrace it.  I have seen some UGLY dicks along the way and mine is, well, "cute".

I have always been and still am the smallest in all my friends groups. Easiest I can tell is them peeing off my boat. showers at the gym, seeing them pee in the woods , camping, and golf. I can see them changing cosyumes in my theater group. All have big to average bulges unlike mine that is just a little pouch or flat.

Growing up I used to be one of the smallest due to the fact of being a late bloomer and overweight but I never really compared it with friends, I just compared others in the locker rooms. As an adult, I remember a conversation when I was still overweight with my two best friends where we said our hard measurements and I was the smallest (I was 12 cms (4.7" inches), and my other friends said they were 13 cms (5.2") and 14 cms (5,7") respectively). The friend with the 14 cms lightly mocked both of us. However, I lost a lot of weight after that so, the funny thing is that nowadays, I am supposed to be bigger than both of them at almost 15 cms (6 inches).

As a teenager I had the smallest dick.  It was actually a turn on to me, and at that age when you are smallest one you are expected to be respectful of their larger ones and naturally assumed to be there to please

My brother recently had a birthday and decided to invite old friends from high school that we hadn't seen in a while.  It was "interesting" that they all recalled me to be the smallest in out group and, of course, had to ask if I'd grown any.

@Wookieboy Happy Birthday to your brother. It is interesting that all of them remembered you were the smallest. How did that come up in conversation? A few of my younger buddies  know I'm small but they just smile or quietly make a reference to me if small dick talk comes in any conversation.
