But of my old high school friends, me and one other were probably the smallest. We changed in gym class and we had identical nubs but we never said anything about it. My best friend said his was 3 inches but he measured it wrong and I glanced once to see it hung out some, more than mine. My last friend a burnout friend had a long skinny dick I saw when he changed into pajama bottoms once and just sat hanging shaft very briefly.

As for the original question I must have grown up in a different time. I never played doctor and I have never compared dick size among friends except for seeing friends naked after swim practice in high school. 

Knowing my own size I would say I am the smallest.

I'm definitely the smallest in my circle of friends. We all went to a nudist beach when we were all young early 20's. I was the smallest by at least an inch and a half, I'm 2 inches soft and the next size up was at least 4 inches, the biggest was probably about 5 inches in length all soft of course.

Comparing with kids growing up, playful teasing around size occurs, had a few funny things happen with a rotating group of boys in middle school when we would all host sleepovers for birthdays etc.

I do wonder how many people actually pay that much attention to the size of friends and attempt to rank them. I have some friends I've known for 20+ years, I've definitely showered with them at the gym but can't honestly position myself or them in order of size.

I can only think of only 4 guys I've known in 40 odd years that I would consider hung, and many hundreds of others who are entirely unremarkable. I'm not in touch with any of them these days, but certainly showered with them many times when we worked together or played in same football team. I doubt they would remember much about my penis size.

If you're a guy with an extra small dick like me, you can't help but notice the sizes of all the guys around you. As a kid, I initially saw that a couple of friends on my street were bigger. But they were both older than me so I didn't think too much about it. But once I saw that my younger neighbors had bigger dicks than me, I definitely paid lots of attention. Soon after that, I knew the exact order of all the dick sizes on the kids in my neighborhood. I think most guys probably pay at least some attention to the sizes of their friends. But, having the smallest dick of anyone I knew all the way through high school, I had no control over paying attention to all of the sizes around me. There were only 2 kids in my neighborhood who I overtook for a couple of years. And that was only because they were younger and started puberty long after me.

I do agree.  ... I think (no matter if child or adult) guys are usually quite conscious of the size of their friends' and closer acquaintances' sizes.   ...  The key  ..as to whether being the smaller or the larger sizes, is allowed to make any difference whatsoever to acceptance and treatment of each other.

I may be alone in this thought.  When in a group of naked guys in the locker room, at a nude beach, in a sauna or just hanging out, if you asked me later who was the smallest...I would have no idea.  However, if you ask me who was the biggest...I could answer in a second. Likewise, my lady friend in such situations with nude men never mentions how small someone is but never fails to mention a big one.

1", 2", 3" flaccid is not uncommon to see, actually quite common. However, 5+" is a bit unique.  Its not about size, it's about uniqueness.

I went to college in the 1970s when fraternity hazing during hell week was more common and open.  There were lots of humiliation and fraternity activities of plebes in the nude.  One night us plebes were lined up naked in the hallway, we each had to measure the length of another plebe's dick and this measurement was written on our chest with magic marker.  Most of us had modest and very similar lengths, but we did have one brother that had a real donkey dick.  I was the shortest of all - I remember this well, because we had to re-arrange ourselves in line from longest to shortest dick, and I was on the very end of the line.  Then we had to do the elephant walk down the hallway and through the house, room-by-room.  At our 10-year fraternity reunion, I was surprised how many of my brothers remembered I was at the end of the line ...

Growing up I had three different circles of friends. Ones I grew up with. Ones I went to school with. And ones I played footy with. Within each group I was at a different place in the size order. In the childhood friend group I was second largest. In the group of school friends I was in the middle. And within the footy group I was second smallest. Kinda made me realise the variety out there. But also shaped my personality around each different group

I've had many circles of friends over the years, friends from way back in school days, college days and working years. I can honestly say I've never been the largest in any, and probably in the bottom 20 percent throughout.

All off this of course is based on flaccid size and usually when showering after sports, can't recall many other times I've been naked around friends.

I would be more confident if my flaccid state wasn't just a nub especially after sports. I do like that it grows although not to anything special but gave up swimming as kid as Speedos not complimentary. Joined martial arts group as adult. The guys were quite homophobic tbh and shared showers so I always tried to get in there first to both hide and also not seem like I was looking at them. Luckily I was quite good and could kick ass in the class but showering not fun. I heard jokes sometimes to my face but honestly even the big guys I've been with are insecure. We all want more maybe?
