I have a small friends group, but I would say I'm the smallest. 

Obviously I will never actually know this, it just seems that they show more when possible.

Pretty sure I'm the smallest in my friend group. I've said it a few times, I know that three of my friends are about 8"+, and the other two guys I'm close to are at least average I'd say (just from their demeanor and how their partners act).

Not really an issue for me, just means I won't try and organise a group orgy 😆

I only ever compared once with a friend and hes ~5-5.5" hard so a bit bigger than me. Soft i havent really seen any of my friends which is a shame as id really like to know how i measure up lol. Soft size doesnt really indicate erect size but still would be fun to know. Also just being able to be comfortable about any topic within a friend group would be nice too

Among my group of friends, I'm the smallest.  At between 4 and 4.25 inches when hard I'm around 2 inches below the next smallest member of our group.  I'm also the shortest man in our group.  My overall lack of size and height in comparison to my friends, makes me stand out and I'm the one that people tend to remember.😎

Last weekend, had a reunion of 3 close friends of mine that we'd been trying to plan for a few months. We are all in our 50s now. 3 of us are divorced, and we get up at one of my buddy's houses to hang out and drink around a bonfire for a guy's night. I've only seen 2 of my close friends naked - one hard. He's smaller than me. The other soft, was bigger.

I know another 2 of them have a reputation for being very big, but I haven't seen either. The first one - overheard 2 of his g/f's say it was very big. The second was seen by another friend and he reported it was very long.

Right there with you @lancaster!  Grew up on swim team which was a non issue until puberty.  Grew up seeing the older kids “growing up” and was always stoked to do the same thing.  Enter puberty….as you know, speedos hide zilch!  Friends were changing and eager to show off their new growth and pubes and speedos started coming off during showers.  Oh joy, now it’s just me and a few others standing in the corner facing the wall showering in our speedos thinking we were in invisible.  Only thing is it just made us that more visible.
 

 I was the smallest on my team and my friend group.  Tried quitting swim team many times but parents, coaches, even teammates and friend  wouldn’t let me cause I was fast.  They were relentless with the teasing yet oddly enough didn’t even think that’s why I wanted to quit.  
 

Locker room was a love hate relationship, loved seeing my teammates and friends naked and changing but also hated having them see me and in turn becoming so jealous and also resentful of everyone around me developing into men and I remained stuck in a junior varsity body especially down there. I am and have always been the smallest in my friend group.  Today I just don’t give a shit if anyone knows or sees me.  I actually like being naked and communal showers are something I still enjoy.  Still get jealous of some of those guys but nothings changing so might as well accept it as it is right?

being the smallest hung guy isn’t easy but it’s also not the worst thing in the world either!  They are just dicks and they do come in different sizes and shapes and colors and textures.  One isn’t better than the other but damn I wish I had just a little hang and girth…

I would say yes, at least among my friends that's the case.  Everyone knowing where the fall on the totem pole changes the dynamic drastically, especially when the wives and gfs know too.

Being the low man on the totem pole in a peer group for many years while growing-up is difficult to overcome especially if you accepted "being the girl" for the group to sexually experiment upon like I did.
