My penis does not immediatly retract after sexd with stays out a while and then about an inch showing.  Often the upper half of the head remains outside and that tends to make a dimple in my shorts just above my balls.

Anything I'd write would be redundant except may 2" after sex and no foreskin nor priapism experience.  Always has disappeared with nothing showing on occasion

That's got one of two scenarios.

Casual hanging about with minimal activity can lead to approaching a 2" slight hang,
but activity with a bit of effort required pulls me back to sub 1" nub that just points straight out.

when I was a lot younger, before any dick erections issues, I was about 2" soft. Now, nothing, its truly a total innie soft, not even the head pokes out. Im not fat, have gained some weight, but since my erection issues a while back, its totally taken the air out of my dick and now just almost always soft. Hard when I was young was 4.5-5, now, when I can get hard, its only 3".
