Measuring Girth

Hi guys, quick question, how do I measure my girth? I think I’ve been doing it wrong. Thank you.

It's the circumference, usually mid shaft. A tape measure can be used, or wrap a band of paper around and measure that with a ruler.

How to Measure Penis Girth

1. Use a flexible measuring tape such as a cloth tape measure or a piece of string. ...
2. Gently wrap the tape or string one time around the thickest part of the shaft of the erect penis.
3. Where the ends of the tape meet is your measurement.

I just measure my erect cock shaft with a tape measure at the midpoint between base and glans.  I didn't think there was right and wrong way.

@new2day, ok, i understand.  I guess it could be confusing.  to me girth means circumference and width means diameter in this context.

Don't use a metal tape measure, which might nick the skin on your peen.

If your girth varies along your erect length, measure at three locations and average the results.

This is the correct way to measure girth for sized condoms and other uses, but apparently not for this site (see above).
