I found this to be a little surprising how legal it is in many places...  I know here in Indiana, it cuts off at cousins, and by judge's permission..first cousins may marry.

Many of these countries listed (some Major countries), leave incest open as long as there is no marriage.

My only mildly sexual experience I had with my cousin was when I accidentally walked in on her has saw her topless. We both were shocked. Nothing happened.

....  She and I often discussed sexual topics, and she often watched me as I openly peed outdoors (which you know is my custom).  ...  Other than that, I did let her feel of my dick after peeing outside...and I felt of her breasts.. which were quite perky.  ... That was the only physical contact that we had with each other.  With things that we had talked about openly before, it seemed quite appropriate for us to share those moments.  I feel certain that there would have been no harm done to our relationship of me being her great uncle if we had gone much farther.  But we kept it at that, and neither one of us pushed it any farther.

When I was a boy I had a female cousin that I was romantically and sexually attracted to and I had commented several times that if it were legal I would marry her. But that is where it ended. I hadn't seen her for years until we were in our late 20s and boy I was glad it went nowhere. She just let herself go  - grossly overweight and looked horrible. The same thing happened with a lot of the really attractive girls I went to school with and had feelings for. My wife was just the opposite.
