I have a tiny flaccid (1.75 in) which sits on my ballsac, and cutely jiggles when I walk around naked in the house or at a nude beach or locker room. This is opposed to a long thick flaccid which sways from thigh to thigh with walking. Careful what you wish for. When I was larger I would love to run in secludes wooded ares naked. My penis swaying from side to side drove me crazy. Would have taken a jiggle any day.

I am a shower rather than a grower and especially when my balls are tighter to my body, my penis tends to undulate when I am walking naked, and more so the faster I walk.  This may in part be due to the fact that my penis does not have much weight to it, so it freer to move and flop about.  I love seeing the movement in the mirror.  My wife has videoed me and we can’t stop laughing when we watch it.

Jiggle, when defined in a dictionary or on google means when a soft object shakes, moves side to side or up and down, like jelly.
