Making Service Requests

If you do not verify your email address we are limited in what we can do, often very little.
Remember to check your "junk, spam..." folders as often automated replies are screened.

When putting in a request try to be clear:
ie, requesting access to the "private" forum please

NOT CLEAR REQUESTS

ie can you fix my link?
I have no idea what that means
ie let me join
Join what exactly?

Just inquiring or a request?
ie how can I delete my account
I will reply: you can't, only admin can delete but will not delete it unless you say DELETE MY ACCOUNT

i am happy to help if anyone has technical questions, maybe that could take some of the excessive work the admins here have to do. i understand you guys work on a volunteer basis which i sincerely appreciate, i feel bad about not doing my part to be helpful.
