I had a friend ask about using these yesterday. I have never used them, so I told him I didn’t really know, but we could look it up. The Online information was too clinical for him. He wanted personal information/experience. I told him I would ask members from once of my web groups, even though I only have one.He doesn’t know I’m small.

Many years ago, before it was available generically, I got a prescription for Viagra. They were expensive, maybe 8 bucks a pill for the 100mil tablets. The Doc gave me a prescription for 10 of them, and he told me to snap them in half and just try seeing how 50mil worked. They do have a lot of side effects, some odd ones. Like, they can give you pin-point pupils, and can give you headaches. You can also have issues if you have heart disease. You take one maybe 30 - 45 mins before you intend to get it on. I have to say, they worked on me unbelievably well. I had an erection like I haven't had in 20 years ... I'm talking rock hard.

So I will add my 2 cents here. Due to BP meds....well, I do not even really know that), but it is a side effect from the BP meds.....  Let me back up.  My penis is pretty small, when rock hard (I will come back to that) I am about 3.5 (was smaller, but I lost about 50 pounds).  Over the last few years, I do not stay rock hard (for sex....jerking is different, different in a whole bunch of ways) and within a few minutes it begins to fade.  Anyway, this affected my performance with wife.  She has always had issues cumming from me inside her.  Since the ED issues, I get smaller and semi hard and very difficult for her to orgasm, except sometimes it being that way helps get her off (if that makes sense)... as it moves around the general area.  With me on top she has to hold my penis or it does not really get in or stay in.  As a result we do other things to get her off and usually I jerk off and she plays with my balls and or nipples.  Teasing me about my baby gerkin (her nickname) seem to help get me off.

I’ve got somewhat the same issue. After taking Viagra, my cock gets nice and hard, but it is difficult for me to cum inside Wifey in either PIV or PÍA sex. My issues are psychological, so having a little helper in a pill definitely has been a game changer. Viagra wasn't as effective and gave me a lingering headache. 20mg Cialis, however, that's where it's at. I've learned for me, taking 2-3 hours before sexual activity and I have no trouble achieving an erection. It's helped a bit with my premature ejaculation, but even when I do have a fast nut, I can bone up again in like ten minutes. It stays in my system for a couple of days too. I'm like Mario after getting a mushroom. There is an issue of spontaneous boners. For some reason, the grocery and hardware store is when I tend to start tenting. And it gets me so hard, I get a little bit more length. My little fuckin boner is straining, standing up so tall and proud lol.
