Same. I remember camping with some friends and changing, I whipped my underwear off and swim trunks on and it was like a blur. They were like "DUUUDE THAT WAS A SPEED RECORD" 🤣

Like many comments already, my first experience was in school when we had to start showering for gym class.  I was a very late developer and I remember in 6th grade, some of the guys had pubic hair and what, at the time, seemed like very big penises.  By about 8th grade all the other boys were like that and I still had a very tiny undeveloped penis and no pubic hair.  

As an adult I have been to nudist settings and my flaccid penis is particularly skinny and small.  While some may say you can't always tell a guy's size by soft size, I feel like mine is so thin that those who have seen it would just assume (correctly) that it must be pretty small when hard too.  So when nude around other people, I definitely have a feeling of of everybody seeing I have a small penis.

Exactly.  

I didn't get much pubic hair until age 13, and my penis was really small until I was 16. 

Around other boys, it was obvious.
