@AppreciaterOops. I have the 5mg tablet. I have (not that I should) taken 5-10mg several times in a 24hr period which would equal 50mg per day, not that I should. Cialis has a good lingering affect at times. Wake up next day with morning wood even though I missed the dose that night. Not enough for PIV, yet it is nice anyway. I will go read up where I read some stuff. Do what your Dr. says, not me. 

P.S. before I go off and give anymore bad advice, I will confirm my dose and How much I had in the 24hr period. I have to consider that I may be at the end of this being enough help. The next step being injections. Some people can do injections for several years. My avoidance has been I hardly get lucky often enough to get the hang of injections. I rarely practice by myself as loss of sensitivity takes away any fun.

Yeah...  It has up to 36 hour working affect in the body system.  So, taking one every day has a twelve hour overlap.

Among the side effects of both Cialis and Viagra is lowering your blood pressure.  If a guy is on meds to lower his blood pressure, an overdose of either E.D. med may lead to a dangerous drop in his blood pressure.

Can confirm. I was in Cialis for BPH and recently they found a hole in my heart called a PFO that caused a TIA. Doc put me on Plavix and Crestor but told me to discontinue the Cialis until I finished my meds.

I’m on 5mg a day for BPH and the erections are phenomenal. I will warn people that it can be some initial side effects of taking the medicine. After about two weeks I had incredible back pain. From my balls to my lower back just ached. There was no relief from it. It lasted about 2-3 days and went away. There are some other side effects just know what to look for. I’m currently off it but when I go back on I plan to ease into it. With start with half a dose or every other day for a while.

In my young years I found this was affecting me.  When I started switching around left to right hand, and not gripping so tightly, it  straightened to pointing up instead of a little to the left.
