wonder why (video chat problem)

I dont know why i can not get into video chat.I have been going in last few days.Now today they say my user name has been taken.I dont mean to be a pest in there to any one been gone almost a year got back few months ago and just wanted to have some fun like the good old days.

i have had that same issue when i had the site already open in another tab or another machine.
