In my experience, being very sick and going to the hospital greatly increases the likelihood that you will be exposed nude to other people.

In 2021, I had emergency intestinal surgery. After the surgery, I woke up nude in a hospital hallway. There were 3 female nurses standing over me. Going into the surgery, I had not known I would wake up nude afterwards. But nude I was. I looked down and saw that a catheter had been inserted into my penis. This led to a most humiliating sight, the catheter tubing had enough weight to it that it was bending my tiny penis downward to the right. I knew how pathetic that must have looked to the nurses.

When they wheeled me back to my recovery room, my embarrassment was not over. They had assigned me a West African male nurse and he was going to give me a daily bath. He was sometimes frustrated with me because I didn't respond quickly enough to his commands. Maybe the most embarrassing thing he did was one night there was a pretty young female nurse in my room and he ordered me to fully undress while the pretty female nurse was still standing near me. The feeling of surrendering to exposing my penis to her felt surreal. She looked at it and then tried to look away like she didn't want to see it.

Certainly i have had one incident. I had to get a cyst removed from at the top of my butt crack. After getting all ready with the gown and stuff after entering the surgery room and laying on the table i remember them giving me the anestetia and while waiting the lady nurse is trying to get the gown from being stuck underneath of me. I squirm around a bit for it to come out put it must have been pretty stuck so she yankes it out. She finally suceeded and the whole thing yanked completly off ass i lie there uncovered with my little penis just laying all out in the open. Then within a few seconds the meds must have kicked in cause i was completely out after that and thats all i remember.

After waking up in recovery for some odd reason the same nurse kept persistantly offering to help me get dressed in a laughing joking kind of way that made her appear excited like she really wanted help in soo many ways. The whole thing was extremely akwardly embarrassing.

After a brief hospital stay in my 20s, having a very large black male nurse remove my catheter was quite humbling. And somewhat enjoyable, minus the pain. lol

I've only been in the hospital twice. Once for hernia surgery and once for colostomy, both times under general anesthesia. Both times waking up in recovery, I noticed my gown was not completely covering my genitals. I have no idea who saw me (or my tattooed penis) while I was laying there but it didn't bother me. After the hernia surgery, nurse came up and said I had to pee "normally" before I could be released. Obviously she saw me exposed. With colostomy, when I woke up, a nurse brought my clothes in and asked if I needed help getting dressed. I said, let me try. She stood there as I took off my gown, put on underwear and clothes. Then she had me sit in a wheelchair (standard procedure) and wheeled me out.

I have been in the hospital recently and placed under general anesthesia. A catheter was to be inserted after I was asleep.

In my case the personnel in the room where about to get a real show.

* I have a very small penis (just under 3 inches erect)

* I am permanently hairless from my head hair to my toes (except for arms)

* I have a penis that is retracted completely inside my body when I am flaccid

* I have my urethral opening rerouted to just at the top of my scrotum and my original opening is permanently blocked

* I have no glans on the end of my penis

I had to warn the surgeon in advance of my reroute because I didn't want them hunting around for my new pee hole to insert the catheter. Inserting the catheter wasn't going to be easy because they would have to pull my penis from inside my body to get at my urethral opening. Without a glans (which they weren't aware of) there isn't anything to grip to pull on except for my shaft skin which just wants to stretch and slide off the end of my shaft. I can just imagine them trying to reach inside to pull my penis out.

I don't know what went on when I was asleep but would have loved to have a video of it. All I know is that my penis was really sore when I woke up.

In the 90’s I had surgery on my colon. When a man has any work done in that area his prostate can shut down making it almost impossible to pee. Well, I am in the hospital bed and can’t go and the doctor orders a catheter. A young pretty nurse comes in and tells me what she is going to do. Keep in mind I am on some serious morphine and a bit out of it. She uncovers me to start and almost jumps when she sees it.  It is totally retracted, more like a belly button than a penis.  She kind of rolls it around looking and starts trying to get enough hold on it to get the thing in. It keeps retracting back inside me and after about 10 minutes she leaves and comes back with an older nurse and a student nurse. The older nurse pretty much acts like I am not even there, just a penis to work on. She says this will be a good teaching opportunity and instructs the two on what to do. She keeps telling them how to handle it but it keeps slipping and they get frustrated and a bit giggly.

 

This went on for 10 more minutes or so and the older one said she would do it. She too had a hard time. Keep in mind, I am lying naked on the bed with the door wide open and the hustle and bustle of a busy hospital.  After she struggled for a few more minutes, she got a roll of tape and had one of them pull the head out as far as she could stretch it and she wrapped tape around the base to trap it. They were all 3 so frustrated they were sweating and laughing. She got it in place and they cleaned me up and left. I could hear them out in the hall laughing and carrying on.

 

They must have told the story to everyone because for the rest of the day, random nurses came by to "check on it”. I was doped up at the time so it was all surreal.

But after the fact, I was amazed to find out that I thought it was the most amazingly hot thing I had ever been through.

Four years ago I had knee replacement surgery.  Everything went great, didn't even  spend a night in hospital.  But two weeks later, the anti inflammatory drugs and the aspirin they gave me as a blood thinner ate a hole in my stomach and I lost a lot of blood  into my digestive system.  So back to hospital I went. They started replacing the lost blood and planned  to do a procedure the next day to find and repair the leak.  At 4:00 am I needed to use the toilet. So as required, I rang the nurse to assist.  I got out of bed, took one step and fainted and fell to the floor.  When I came to, I was back in bed, completely naked with one nurse cleaning the floor, one nurse was cleaning my legs and one nurse was cleaning my penis, scrotum and butt.  There were also two doctors in the room plus three additional nurses in the doorway watching the whole procedure.  Needless to say because of the amount of blood I lost out my butt to the floor and covering me it didn't leave a whole lot to fill out my penis, so I wasn't at my best.

Many years ago I had to have all four wisdom teeth extracted in the hospital.

They put me to sleep and for some reason one of the shots was in my buttocks. Two nurses came in the room to give me the shot. As I rolled over I could tell at least one testicle was visible to them. They got a good view of at least one of my balls that day.

When I had a cystoscopy performed to check for bladder cancer. My penis was at its smallest because I was very nervous. The procedure was not painful but my lower body was very exposed during the test.

I have had quite a few cystoscopies due to bladder cancer and the subsequent follow-ups. At the urologist, it is usually a nurse who does the prep. Usually it is a female nurse, though there was once a male nurse. I have been seen by three or four different nurses at his offices. They come in and inject numbing gel into the urethra and put a clamp on the head to keep it from leaking out. After a few minutes the doctor comes in and does the procedure. Not painful but not comfortable either. My urologist is pretty cool. He has given me "tours" of my insides while doing the procedure, and we have listened to baseball playoffs on his phone while he did it.

Usually the nurse leaves the room while I get undressed and I get a chance to fluff a bit as I get on the table. Once, she stayed in the room getting the equipment prepped while I undressed and I didn't get to fluff. When she went to insert the gel, she made a comment that "it was hiding." I think mainly she was warning me that she was going to have to do a bit more handling than usual.

When I had the surgery I don't know how many were in the procedure room, since the anesthesia kicked in as I was leaving the prep room and I didn't wake up again until I was in recovery.

I have also had three heart catheterizations through the groin, so I am sure others have see me. A few years ago I was in the hospital with an unexplained fever, and I had so many tests and scans run I am sure I was seen by many, but at the time I could have cared less.

Problem is there is nothing that you can do about any of it and you just have accept anything that happens.

I was unexpectedly taken into hospital due to a medical emergency, Recovered to some extent and after several hours was moved into a different unit to be kept for monitoring.

Once I arrived at the new unit, I was helped onto the bed by a male nurse in his 30s and he started removing my clothes…I felt the fear creeping in because I knew I had to wear one of those blue gowns that was just across from me.

My anxiety/embarrassment was intense knowing someone my age will soon know I had a small penis.

I asked him if I could keep my underwear on but was told everything needed to go be washed and couldn’t stay in the unit…I reluctantly submit and there I was…A fully grown man exposed to a stranger the same age rocking a penis no bigger than what a 10 year old would have. I seen him looking, but he was professional enough to not comment.
 

To add to my humiliation I made things worse by asking if my clothes was ready the following morning (Which they wasn’t) and a different nurse came back with disposable white briefs!

I don't see having a small penis being an issue in the hospital as this is the way you were born and there is nothing you can do about. It's not your fault. Besides you aren't the only one they saw with a small penis. What is embarrassing however is when you have modifications that you did yourself such an having no pubic hair, penis tattoos, piercings, chastity devices, and other unique modifications such as urethral reroutes and glans removals and other genital modifications.

I always shave off my pubic hair…I didn’t know people thought that was an embarrassing factor?

I think shaving is common enough now that it wouldn’t be something to worry about .

It depends in what kind of community you live in. The situation has gotten better over the years but it is still less comon for men.

@NuderThanNude I have had a medical professional “react” to me being smooth/hairless all over before. Of course my size could’ve had something to do with it too. Years ago when my previous doctor had retired he was replaced by another male physician. It was the first time I’d ever had to undress during an appointment with him. Nothing verbal. Just a slight pause and a noticeable change of facial expression. Almost like a look of surprise. It was quite brief and then things went on as normal. As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, my current doctor is female. She’s the one that reassured me not to be embarrassed when I accidentally got an erection during an office visit.

I recently had knee replacement surgery.  This hasn't been my only surgery over the years, as I have had about 10 or so.  This was the first time I woke up in recovery and had a catheter in place.  I didn't even know I had it in and when waking up in the recovery room, I finally got to the point I needed to pee.  I asked the nurse who was taking care of me, I needed to pee, so she went to get a urinal bottle.  She came back and uncovered my lower half and then realized I had the catheter and let me know.  I was surprised since no one prior had said I was going to.

When you see how much guys are concerned about their masculinity (hint, this site for example) I'd be surprised if any guys did it. I have heard comments from women who were turned off about the idea that it would be like having sex with a little boy.

Perhaps it’s based on location, But in France many men I’ve seen in the public pool/gym showers are hairless.

It kind of goes with saying wearing speedos here is normal for most men but in America there is this huge stigma of “being gay” or “less masculine”

I’ve also heard comments from men who were turned off with Woman rocking a full bush 😆

I’ve been shaved bare for quite a while and haven’t had negative feedback about it . Even if I did , being bare is what I like. I go back and forth on women with a full bush . Sometimes I’m turned on by it but if I had to make a choice I would prefer bare .

Same here, I just thought I’d was normal…Some guys have hair, some don’t!
